简介
1982年、1988年分别于浙江医科大学获医学学士、医学硕士学位，1993年以全优成绩获德国基尔大学医学博士学位，取得德国行医执照。曾赴美国哈佛大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、南加州大学和西弗吉尼亚大学进修、学习。现任中华医学会泌尿外科学分会副主任委员，中国抗癌协会泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤专业委员会常务委员，中国前列腺癌联盟学术组组长，浙江省医学会泌尿外科学分会主任委员，浙江省抗癌协会泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤专业委员会主任委员，浙江省医学会微创外科分会副主任委员兼泌尿学组组长，美国泌尿外科学会国际委员会委员，国际肾癌咨询委员会（ICUD-Kidney Cancer）委员，世界泌尿肿瘤联盟中国代表，亚太泌尿肿瘤协会中国代表，连续6年 ( 2009-2014年 ) 担任欧洲泌尿外科年会欧洲-中国联合会议中方主席，国际泌尿外科学会官方杂志 «Urology» 编委，«中国泌尿外科疾病诊疗指南»编委，«中国前列腺癌诊疗指南»编委，国家卫计委泌尿外科专科医师准入委员会专家，国家卫计委临床路径审核专家。从事泌尿外科临床工作30多年。承担国家科技支撑计划，国家自然科学基金、教育部、国家卫计委、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、浙江省科技计划项目、浙江省医药优秀人才专项基金、重大横向项目等课题十余项。并担任前列腺癌术后即刻辅助内分泌治疗国际多中心研究项目首席负责人。在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文100余篇。参与编写专著10部。已获国家专利11项。多次应邀在美国、欧洲、亚洲、南美等泌尿外科学术大会作特邀报告。同时，积极推进手术技术革新，开展泌尿外科新技术，先后在德国与北京大学附属第三医院、四川大学华西医院、中山大学附属第二医院、南京医科大学附属第一医院、河北医科大学附属第二医院、福建医科大学附属协和医院、山西医科大学附属第一医院、浙江省人民医院、云南省人民医院、河南省人民医院、唐山工人医院及漳州市人民医院等多家国内知名医院进行手术演示及推广。培养博士后3名，博士研究生24名，硕士研究生30名。2012年获得美国泌尿外科学会“世界华人泌尿外科成就奖”，2013年被选为美国泌尿外科年会官方网站封面人物。荣获2013年度吴阶平泌尿外科医学奖。

浙江大学附属第一医院泌尿外科主任，浙江大学泌尿外科学位点负责人，国家泌尿外科临床重点专科建设项目、浙江省医学重点学科泌尿外科学、医学支撑学科泌尿外科学及中西医结合重点学科前列腺病学学科带头人
研究方向
长期开展泌尿系肿瘤（尤其是前列腺癌）、前列腺增生及微创泌尿外科的基础与临床研究工作。提倡并开展前列腺癌的筛查及早期诊断研究，开展去势抵抗前列腺癌的机制及治疗研究，建立泌尿系肿瘤的多学科诊疗模式，推行泌尿系肿瘤精准解剖性手术理念，重点研究逆顺行法解剖性前列腺根治性切除术和良性前列腺增生症增生部解剖性切除术。在泌尿外科疾病治疗领域开展多项重大项目和新项目：2001年在国内报道手助腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿外科疾病，2003年报道泌尿外科针式腹腔镜手术，2006年提出微创泌尿外科应从内稳态、应激、免疫、麻醉和手术时间及心理等方面综合评估的概念，2011年在国际上首创经尿道等离子纽扣式电极前列腺汽化剜切术治疗前列腺增生。
